1. Using this website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with a parent or guardian.
• The information you give us must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations in print, weave or shade are natural in handcrafted and block-printed fabrics. These are not defects.

Please check our Size Guide before ordering. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may change prices and offers at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description was shown in error, we cannot deliver to your pincode, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount.

5. Payments

You can pay online through our payment gateway partner Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) or, where available for your pincode, by Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. An order paid online is confirmed only after the payment is successful.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and other details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Coupons and offers

Coupon codes are subject to their own conditions, such as a minimum order value, an expiry date or a usage limit. A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may withdraw an offer at any time.

9. Reviews

Reviews you post must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the name, logo, photographs, designs and text — belongs to Silaiwaala or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
